Mentoring

At every time of our lives do we have people we look up to; people we aspire to be, places and heights we attain to reach. Mentoring is a good attribute particularly when we mentor people with good morals, unshady past, and hardworking successful individuals.

Mentoring can be negative particularly when a person with questionable character is being mentored, following in such footsteps only proves we will become just like this individual or even worse. Mentoring a person even makes one more successful than the person we initially mentored.

It is a good attribute to mentor; it gives a direction of where you want to be and who you want to be. Mentoring is an act of commitment, attaining to achieve set goals for oneself.

“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen and a push in the right direction” – John C. Crosby
