Dating Disasters

Dating can be fun when things go the way we want them to go and our date is good to look at, has a good sense of humor and is easy to talk to. But some dating disasters send us away from dating and discourage us from ever wanting to date again.

When a dating disaster occurs, it should never be a turn off sign. We should ask ourselves, who made the wrong move? Me or my date? The answer should put us in check and help us make amends for future dates. A conclusion can be made when there are constant dating disasters such as; are my dates similar to one another and do I need to quit dating?

There is no formula to a successful date, what is mainly recommended is being natural and easy going; expecting little or nothing from dates, being truthful and lending a listening ear. When first dates goes awry, try giving it a second try, it may be due to your dates having a bad day or the venue was unsatisfactory. If you have quit on dating because of frequent disasters, pull yourself together and try again.

“Dating is a give and take. If you only see it as ‘taking’, you are not getting it”.-Henry Cloud.
