Hero of the Day - Margaret Thatcher

A British politician with her unique political rule as Britain Prime Minister and leadership which differed from what the people were used to.

Margaret Thatcher along with her colleagues in office was able to bring stability to the country. She was never discouraged running for office against men as well as being surrounded by male powerful politicians. She stood firm even when the United Kingdom fell into recession during her stay in office; she reformed trade unions, reduced tax and social expenditure.
