Ghana is a rich West African country in culture and tourism. Ghanaian meals are among the most talked about delicacies in Africa. A visit to Ghana cannot be said to be complete until these meals are eaten.

Fufu is pounded cassava and plantain or pounded yam and plantain served with soup.

Banku is cooked fermented corn or cassava dough.
