My thoughts on Anxiety

Anxiety is a natural occurrence that people experience when expecting something or looking forward to something. Some people experience some health conditions when they are anxious; such as heart burn, indigestion and headaches, but as normal as anxiety is, we must learn to control it to save ourselves from the stress of losing focus.
My thoughts on anxiety are it makes every human go through a period of tension and stress; it tests the faith of people and allows the mind to doubt the success of the issue being worried over. The best way to treat anxiety is being positive; staying positive eliminates the tension in anxiety.
