refused to be comforted, she demanded for Paul's head. But the law enforcement
officers reprimanded her. Jerry was relieved but disappointed. His brother had
become a fugitive and it was all to protect him. Paul should have let him pay
her and now he was wanted for murder; while Elfrider lay cold in the morgue
with wrists slashed.
