Life may seem hard
It is usually harder
When things fall apart
Continuously crumbling
And we wonder
Where have we gone wrong?
It seems bad today
Worse tomorrow
And dangerously terrible later
The question remains
Why is life so hard?
But it always remains the same
The godless succeed
The faithful suffer
Life is Unfair...

Life is about others
Thinking of others
How others feel about us
Describes who we are
It is never about you
But about us
Never about me
But more about you
Reflections never lie
They merely show reality

Mistakes

They appear normal
As regular as life
When found out
It appears like an illusion
They cannot be taken back
Never to be changed
The mistakes we make
Only can be corrected
In a cautioned future

Sacrifices

We need to make sacrifices
A part of life it is
What determines our decisions
Simply the human in us
Whether on a scale
Or on life's scale
We weigh the consequences
And make a move
It is all in life's duties
To make sacrifices some time

Decisions

We make them

And take for others

Either good or bad

All that matters

Is how it affects us

And those around

Some decisions make us

While others break us

But they have to be made

Unless we know
