Frida knew
she should not eat for two though it was what everyone told her. She only
needed to stay healthy and happy, which she did and had a healthy-happy baby.
Everyone around her wanted to know the secret to her health trick; Frida was in
a good shape and so was her baby.
The questions
and inquisitiveness of her friends made her put a health diary together;
avoiding fatty foods and consuming much of fruits and vegetables helped she and
her baby stay healthy. Soon after, Frida’s health diary was published and
