Hero of the Day - Winston Churchill

A man known and still spoken of for his leadership of the United Kingdom during the Second World War achieved a remarkable number of things which makes him our hero of the day.

Churchill was a mediator on several occasions; he barricaded Briton from the Nazis control, he was known for his great speeches which remain in the hearts of people as well as transform lives.

As humble as Churchill was, he said his greatest achievement was and I quote; ''My most brilliant achievement was my ability to persuade my wife to marry me.''
