Most people are not happy with their lives and where they are today simply because they planned and circumstances did not permit them to succeed in such plans. They all feel they could go back in time and change their lives. But it is never too late to change your life as long as you are still breathing.
The first step is to identify the problems which made your
life the way it turned out. In identifying, certain solutions will be revealed
to you some of which are a need to change environment, change of friends, and
change in jobs. If it has to do with a dysfunctional family, staying away from
them will help.
Changing our lives is a gradual process. It does not involve
a drastic move but a steady and successful movement into the life we’ll be
proud of.

For some people it is very difficult because they are afraid of change so they can see a Psychologist to help them out or someone they are close too who will give them the nudge, because most people just need a push and they can do whatever they want.
