The fourth
Thursday of the month of November is usually set aside by Western countries to
give Thanks for the entire year. This thanksgiving is mostly done in November
worldwide and on Sundays by Christians of other nations.
Thanksgiving
ceremony is accompanied with turkey, sweets, large meals and drinks. It is a
reflective ceremony to be grateful to God for a fruitful year. The needy,
homeless and orphanages are not left out since many families visit to give
gifts.
