Eid al-Adha is
also called Feast of the Sacrifice. It symbolizes the acceptance of Abraham called Ibrahim in Islam
to sacrifice his young first son Ishmael called
Ismail in Islam. The holiday teaches obedience to God, submission to God’s will
and God’s test of human faith. Eid
al-Adha is a religious holiday celebrated by Muslims yearly all over the world.
