Change is difficult; Not changing is fatal

My friend Nancy likes the way she is, not bothered about the complains her boyfriend makes about her attitude. Nancy insists he must love her for who she is.
She is trying to win him back since he broke up with her a month ago. He wants her to change which she has been trying though difficult. She plans to stop being selfish, more caring and sensitive to others. She would need time to do these even though her insensitivity has cost her to lose. I hope she genuinely changes and win her boyfriend back.
Change is sensitive, caring about those around you as well.
