Feeling of free is like a new world released to you; like sunrise after a bad night; breathing in air after been locked in a closet for so long; the promise of more years after diagnosed with cancer.
All want to be free but do not know how to be free; here are some ways:
- Stop thinking about the situation for a few hours
- Do something you have not done in a while like read a book, ride a bike, take a walk
- Visit friends and talk about everything other than the problem
- Take a walk to the beach and just sit and watch the waves
- Stroll to a park or playground and watch children and dogs play. They have no care in the world and it is easier to be a child than an adult.
