These people are as important as
parents; they perform all the duties of parents which range from feeding,
teaching and playing with the children.
Childcare Workers cannot be ignored.
They are one of the professionals in the society we cannot do without. They are
responsible for looking after the children of the jugde, the banker, the
policeman, the warden and all parents who have busy schedules.
Childcare workers are great when
shown respect and appreciation for their jobs, we need them more than they need
us.
