No rules, no priority; no rules, no orderliness. Imagine a home without rules; Papa comes home when he pleases, Mama stays at the saloon all day chatting up, kids attend parties on school nights and return home at dawn.

Imagine the society, no traffic rules; people drive as they please; people walk into stores and take what they want without paying for it and get away with it.
