The feeling of free

The science of knowing

The immorality of dependence

Goes a greater height

For all persons to be free

As life and air is

So is independence vital

Contentment

Efforts do not get us far

Looking around us

Makes us feel blessed

We do stand out

But feel there's more

There's always more

For those who are unique

But only being content

Opens doors of upliftment

Where we can climb

And make positive impact

To the great big world

For contentment makes all better

Life is mysterious itself
We can only count ourselves lucky
When surviving ghastly events
The unseen exists

We know it's there
We try to wade it off
We feel the presence
Both good and evil

These unseen forces exist

If only we could see
What happens around us
But they remain unseen
Like the invisible

The sense of touch remains the greatest
Though blind we are

It lies with adults

Ways we were raised

Affects ways we raise ours

Children follow steps

That lead to success or doom

Signs from childhood show them

Responsibilities are for adults

Never for children

They must never have their way

Little individuals they are

They try to control us

But we must turn tables

Children think they know

Parents know better

Mutual understanding must exist

How we raise

Is how they will raise

And continues for that generation

Upbringing matters

To both parents and children

To save the future generation

Imaginations

Imaginations fill our mind

They control the brain

Making the impossible seem

Quite real to the mind

Imagination drives progress

They make believe the unbelievable

Creating a dream world

Where we have powers over all

It pays to Believe

As dark as life is

So are our struggles

We aim to survive

Swimming through the waves of distress

But without hope

Or one as tiny as a grain of sand

We know we can survive
